Hi,
I was granted a further extension of my FLR M souse visa on my settled partner who is on ILR.
I was on Tier 2 dependant visa since came to the country than on a Spouse visa from Jan 2019 till now.
Kindly please tell me what application should I do for my settlement application?
Thank you in advance!!

Once you have almost 5 years on FLR M, you apply for ILR on form SET M in 2024.

Thank you so much! you have been a great help during the application.
Could you please tell me that what are the documents to apply for the ILR?
I know this is an early question, therefore, we can be clear in future what we should be doing on this!!
Is there any thread for this created and people following?
Thanks

All the same as what was required for FLR M plus English B1 and LIUK tests.

No there isn't a general thread. Simply start your own when you are ready or continue in this Topic.

Can we use the same Naric certificate that I used?
how about on the financial side - should we maintain any funds in order to show up in the bank account?
Any financial requirements?

Yes, plus LIUK test.

There is NO "maintenance funds" for FLR M routes. It is specific only to PBS visa routes such as tier 2. For ILR on SET M you have to prove the same financial/salary requirements again, minimum 6 months evidence etc.
