Help visa requirements

Hi
My wife she is want to come to Uk with me and I’m British citizen.
I have earn more then 18600£ per year only thing I have accommodation I have only rent room double
Please can I apply visa for her just only problem with room ?
If yes
What requirements need to apply for marriage visa
