ILR(SET) 28 days early application -- count issue.

I am going to submit my ILR(set) shortly and my first date that arrived in UK was 02/10/2011.

May I ask when would be the earlist date for online application submition subject to ''28 days early application''?

What is your immigration status ? There is no such form as ILR(SET)

It is SET(LR) and Sorry for the typo.

-- no criminal record.
-- total leave uk days much less than 540 days and no single time longer than 180.
-- all the valid visas were granted before expired
