Yes.BenAnswers2 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 08, 2021 4:08 pmHello,
For the correspondence/evidence of cohabitation letters required for the FLR (M) visa, I have two questions:
1) Are these letters required from two years before the visa submission (online form) date?
i.e. if I apply in August 2023, do I need documents from August 2021 onwards*?
Space 4 & 5 months.2) How are they spaced apart?
I've heard they should be spaced three to four months apart?
i.e. ideally from August 2021, December 2021, April 2022, August 2022, December 2022, April 2023, August 2023
The above example seems to suggest I need 7 joint document/14 individual documents, which doesn't agree with the 6/12 that are usually suggested.
Is anyone able to explain how the spacing should ideally work?
Thanks,
Ben

Am I definitely correct that the correspondence comes from the last two years, rather than since the last visa was granted?
Is it possible/allowed to do it with 7/14 documents with the 4 month spacing?Korekt wrote: ↑Wed Sep 08, 2021 5:25 pmYes.BenAnswers2 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 08, 2021 4:08 pmHello,

You can supply September 2021 onwards.

You may use more documents, if necessary. It's unlikely you'll be penalised for that.BenAnswers2 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 8:48 amIs it possible/allowed to do it with 7/14 documents with the 4 month spacing?
Or does it have to be 6/12 and with 5 month spacing.
August 2021 - August 2023 is likely more than 24 months. And why do you say to supply documents from September 2021 onwards rather than August 2021?
