You are overworrying.

But how people get tracking number.
I understand you can get TNT consignment number by:
a) Missing a delivery and receiving a "We missed you" card
b) Text message on delivery day
c) Calling TNT in advance of first delivery (dedicated line for Home Office deliveries is 345 608 0630, I recommend you call at 8:00 AM sharp otherwise you'll have a bit of a wait before your call is taken).
Personally, I would not worry about this unless you miss a delivery. Why over worry and call before anything has gone wrong? (If at all you think missing a delivery is "wrong". It isn't). You might just happen to be home when they come, in which case consignment number is a non-issue. Only if this doesn't happen, and you do miss a delivery, you'll have a card with consignment number, which in theory allows you to reschedule online at
https://delivery.tnt.com/tracking. Only if that doesn't work and you can't figure out your consignment number from the information on the "We missed you" card, as it happened to me, then yes, call TNT and inquiry for the correct number.
Can we call TNT , if we want to resechedual or address change.
You can call and reschedule, but as per their website, a change of address needs approval from Home Office. It can be done, but you need to justify and proof the other address is also your official address (e.g. a work address, rather than a friend's or neighbour's). Maybe not worth the effort.
