PBS Dependent query - confused

will appreciate a quick glance over the documents we are going to upload with the application:

- Current and previous passports (for my partner and a British passport for me)
- current BRP for my partner
- her police registration cert.
- completed application form
- consent form for checks
- marriage certificate copy
- cohabitation evidence for the past 2 years (banks statements, utilities, mortgage etc - one bill per calendar quarter for each person)
- bank statement - how much maintenance we need across the last 90 days - is it £700 in any of ours bank accounts?
- do we need any scans of calls/chats/travels together?

anything missing/irrelevant?

Put a date 3 years in the future to get the correct IHS fee.

thanks. what if i want a two year fee and two year visa? Can i put two years in the future?

You can't. The immigration rules state a PBS dependent visa will be granted for 3 years when the main PBS migrant has obtained ilr/BC.

thank you. We have submitted an application and tried to book an appointment at soprasteria. every single time across the past 48hours we try different service centres (paid appointments) and we keep getting this message: We are currently experiencing issues, please try again.

any other way we can book it? their system is not working.

managed to get it. It was not letting you book/upload documents via Macbook, but uk with Windows PC!

Visa received in less that two weeks after standard application form submission. Thank you all for help!

It will be 5 years on the PBS dependent route in September 2022. Which form do we use to apply for ILR/ what is the checklist?
