TIER 2 TO ILR - PAYSLIPS AND BANK STATEMENTS

Post by a00093 » Mon Jul 26, 2021 7:52 am

Dear All,

Hope you all are doing well.

I am planning to apply for ILR on 1st October 2021.

What month of payslip do i have to show ?
Would August 2021 payslip be accepted?

The August salary will be paid around 5th or 6th of September. If i show September payslip then the money will be received after October 1.

I am very confused on tackling the situation. How can i meet my one month at the date of application?

Please reply Please

It does not matter. Upload October payslip. The bank statement does NOT need to be from before 1 October

Hi Zimba,

Thanks for your response.

If I were to go as per your suggestion of sending October payslip, then I would have to wait till 5th November to receive my October month payslip. This will unnecessarily hold me up for an extra month, when my due date is 26th September.

Let me try to explain it again:

My payslip and bank payment date is always 5th of the month.

But I am eligible to apply from 26th September. And with that date in mind for my application, I will have August payslip with me which would have been received on 5th September. So will that be alright to send August payslip if I apply on 26th September?

Or should I wait till 5th of October to receive my September month payslip and apply thereon?

I suggest waiting until you have the latest payslip. You need to provide the documents as required.

Hello Zimba,

Hope you are doing well.

Quick question : -

I was filing the application form and they asked me to provide the below documents:

1. Current Biometric Residence Permit for MR xyz

2. Evidence of Mr xyz's immigration status in the UK

Are they two different documents or just one document which is my BRP card?

Your reply would be much appreciated

It is just the BRP

Hi Zimba

Sorry to disturb you again.

I am just worried about my application

I applied on 25th September 2021. I did my biometrics on 27th September 2021. I paid for the super priority service. I should have got the answer by yesterday. Yesterday, Home office sent an email to my lawyer asking for 'List of absences i have in the last 5 years'. The lawyer replied within an hour saying 'No absences'. We did write 'NO' on the application form too.

I dont know why they asked the same question again.

What should i do now? should i ring them? what is the best number to ring them?

Do you know how long they gonna take, any idea?

Your prompt reply would be much appreciated

Thanks in advance

I got my tier 2 stay on 21.10.2016. Since then no absences outside the UK

I went to my hometown in Feb 2016 when i was on Tier 4 student VISA

My case is very clear. everything is good and clear, all requirements meet.

I dont know why delay though
