FLR(M) waiting

After entering the U.K. on a spouse visa, my partner applied for a FLR visa on the 1st April and submitted Biometrics on 27th April but we have not heard anything as yet. It’s been 24weeks weeks.

We have contacted UKVI twice and the only response
we receive that ‘we are working on it”

Is anybody else in this posistion?
