Does "General Scheme of the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2021" was approved?

Hi,

Could you please advice if "General Scheme of the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2021" [1] was approved by all parties and took affect?

I couldn't find any reference if this Bill was passed and took effect.
