Tier 2 Dependent - Set O - Delays

Post by Jamytart » Sun Oct 03, 2021 3:58 pm

Hi,

I've noticed people are facing delays in receivnig decisions on ILR even after using priority services. Below are 2 questions in relation to this:

1) I applied through priority (5 days) and it will be 7th working day tomorrow. Is it a good shout to get MP involved in this from tomorrow? It should not have any impact on the decision i believe?

2) How does the refunds work for priority if decision is not made within specified timeline? Is it automatic or do we need to apply for refund? If we need to apply, how?

Thanks

The priority service is not guaranteed. You will get a refund automatically if this goes to the standard timeline. Wait to hear back :!:
