still waiting to be allocated ( tier 1 general )

Hi everybody,
I applied on 16th sep with one dependant student to tier1,
payment taken on 17th sep,
ref letter received on 19th sep,

still waiting.........

I just called to HO to check the status of my tier 1 general application,i spoken to a man and he said that my application is waiting to be allocated and he does not know when it will be allocated.

I applied on 16th sep and still has not been allocated.i am worried now.
Can anyone suggest me on that?
Should i call to HO again?

I am waiting for you response guys......
