Travel to Pakistan Requirements: November/December 2021

Hello,

I'm looking for some advise on what are the current requirements for travel from England to Pakistan for people who have already been double jabbed.

Which Coronavirus test(s) do you need to have taken prior to travel?
Where can you get the test(s) done at?
Which Coronavirus certificate is required of any?

There's a lot of information on the net but it's confusing.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
