income proof for dependent of EU Scheme settled person in UK

I got ILR after completing 5 years as EU National dependent in UK.
it is mentioned on my BRP EU Scheme Indefinite leave to Remain.
I want to apply my spouse and son's visa who are in Pakistan.
I dont have £18600 income etc.
can I apply their visa without this much income?

my son is getting 18 in December 21. so I am very much worried please help

It is a minimum of £18,600pa, which is the spouse amount. It is more for each child under 18 you want to apply for.

Spouse plus one child under 18 you need £22,400pa.

Once your child turns 18, it will be impossible to sponsor them as a dependent child.

If you don't meet the financial requirements, the visas will be refused.

No there is not. As a non EU citizen with settled status, you only have the option under the UK immigration rules.

If you are not a EU member so I do not believe you will qualify under the EU route except under U.K. immigration rules which is appendix FM because you have a settled status.
