HSMP-Tier 1 (General) Visa.

Regarding my status of my HSMP-Tier 1 (General) Visa.

I had applied at Chennai VFS on September 1, 2008. (01-10-2008)

By today (23-11-2008) i received mail from British Deputy High Commission ( Chennai.VisaEnquiry@fco.gov.uk ) that

- We are awaiting your verification report from Integra.

Can anybody help on where i am now..?

Hi,

When did you apply 01/09 or 01/10 ?
Did you ever get a reply from them stating that decision is still pending on your application? I am getting this reply from them, I applied on 06/10 and I had got a call for verification and they confirmed that they have spoken to my HR, though not sure if this means verification has been completed.

Dont worry man. There is no exact time frame for Integra Verification deadline. Ideally with in 15 working days it should have been completed. But once they get Integra report, its not taking more than 10-15 working days, as per my observatin, including mine.
So by first week of November you may expect the decision

Hai Mohammed,
I applied on September' 01 2008.
No i didn't get any reply on this... in the VFS site same status - Your visa application has been forwarded to the British High Commission 01 Sep 2008.
I had got a call on 8th Sep for verification and they spoken to my HR.

Thanks Mohan...
From September 1 till today ( excluding the public holidays and saturdays)...more than 35 working days been elapsed...
i applied for My Dependent also..(wife and Son)....
So i have shown Rs.5,20,000 as a whole as Fund maintenance... and i forgotelly taken Rs 10,000..yesterday.... DOES it make any problem on this... and then again i credited back that 10,000....

please suggest

Hi all,

I am keen on knowing how can I clculate my salary band where in I have earned 8 months in UK and 4 months in India in the last 12 months

Also i get allowance in UK and some part of salary in India, am quite confused as what will be the total salary that I should consider and in which currency

Hi abdul150375
The Balance should be GBP 2800 minimum as on Date of Application(since 3 months previous) only.
After making the application(the date on the acknowledgement), you can with draw any amount immediately.
My Account came to INR 15,000 with in a week after I made my application.
So dont worry..you can with draw the whole amount now.

Today 22-11-2008, still now i didn't get my HSMP... i mailed to BHC and they replied me on 12-11-2008......
