NARIC certificate Validity

Hi ,
I have a urgent question - could you please confirm, if NARIC Certificate (Issued on Apr 2019)is valid for lifetime or not??? I am planning to apply switch visa from Tier2 General to skilled worker .My sponsor’s immigration team informed me that NARIC is valid only for 2 years .is that correct? Another Thing I have check with Ecctis(Formally know NARIC).They said it's valid for lifetime .. Can anyone give some advise on this ?

Can anyone please reply or route me with any factual link? Has anyone faced any issue with where in NARIC UK old certificate (used in Tier 2 general Apr 2019) and used the same for the new application .
