How long does an ILR application refund take UK?

Hi,

I cancelled(withdraw) my first ILR application after I paid (27 Sep 2021), didn't book any appointment for BRP.

I attempted through website, sent post and email directly(complains@xxx)

I am waiting over 2weeks now but any information (email or phone) from home office yet.

Is it usual ?

What should I do next ?

I submitted in 6weeks ago.

I still don't have any email yet.. I don't know why it takes so long to receive any feedback before I get a refund..

(sent email to the home office-complain, they respond that they can't uphold my case, but confirmed that they received my request)

Do you have any suggestion from your experiences ?
