Spouse visa- left old job and rejoined months later

Post by HSBilling » Fri Oct 15, 2021 6:27 pm

Hi,
I am going to apply for spouse visa in 6 months time as I need to collect payslips and bank statements. Can I still apply under Cat A as I left old employment and rejoined now two months later ? I really dont wont to go through a 12 months process just because I rejoined an old company.

I don’t think so, as they may treat you as a new employee and you will also be missing two months’ payslips?

If you left the company previous and you re-join them, you will fall under CAT B unless you decide to stay with them again for 6 months to qualify under CAT A.

Hi,
I have a personal loan of £8000 which I pay monthly, will this effect the spouse visa application. I am earning above the threshold.
