I have a question for my friend,

My friend wife got ILR in 2001, He would like to apply for her citizenship what would be the english language requirements for her. Thanks

Both tests are needed, LITUK & English B1, unless person has a UK Degree, comes from an English speaking country or is over 65 then tests are not required.
