Child Passport (first) application form - section 4 & 8

I am filling in the passport application (paper form) for my child's first passport after naturalization. I have a question about section 4 and its related section 8. Both parents are NOT british nationals (Indian nationals with ILR) and both are born after 1983. So I am sure I will have to fill some details in section 8.

But I am not really sure about what info has to be filled in section 8. Do we fill in grandparents details or claim to citizenship (what will this be ? since both parents are holding ILR however they both were on tier 2 general when child was born). I am a bit confused about this section 8 and would like to have more clarity.

Difficult to answer without actually having the form in front. Any reason why you are filling paper form instead of online application?

Online application will probably ask the right questions based on your answers.
