Advice needed for ILR

Post by avijay2905 » Wed Nov 03, 2021 4:33 pm

Hello All,
We have lived in UK for 9.5 years now. My employer is asking me to travel to India immediately.

My children have also lived here for the same period. I approached an immigration solicitor and he is advising me to go with 7 year route as children have been here for more than 9 years.

Requesting your kind advice. Can I go with that option?

Why have you registered a second username?? Especially as you logged in less than 15 minutes ago.
