I asked web chat whether documents are scanned. usually they respond not yet. Today they did not respond.
She replied "Your application is progressing Well". I don't know what is well here. Again I asked whether it is scanned. She replied same. Anybody got this type of reply as "progressing well" . Anything to be optimistic here

Most like they not touch your application until the due date.
If it comes earlier than you would be very lucky.

If you are confident about all your documents , You can ask in the webchat. But if you have any slight doubt. They will ask for additional documents for sure just to extend the time. Thats how this incompetent office operating

Totally agree on that. I am afraid that when they will that they messed up, they will ask an additional document or will lie that witness was not reachable etc. to be able to cover themselves.

Try to chat with them on Monday again and inform that it is over 2 weeks at this stage.

Guys when normally you get your documents scanned after submissions , ? Like how many weeks ? I need one of my document back but they are insisting that I get any of them returned the process will be paused.

Really frustrating with them they don't understand what you circumstances are and insist their opinion is correct.

So after 10 weeks I got an alert that there was a problem with my application and that a letter was being sent to explain why. I suspect it’s the laminated birth certificate that’s the issue. I’ll have to wait for the letter to be sure. But any hope of getting it this year is out the window as the clock restarts when additional requested documents are sent.

So after countless calls and Webchats, my status changed to printing and dispatched yesterday. It’s a bit surreal because I expected the clock to reset 2 months out. I will believe it if and when I get the passport in my hands

So my passport arrived this morning so my long journey is over!! @shaz4jazz I didn’t give them an excuses on the Webchat. I just wanted to know what the statues of my application as I wasnt getting any status updates.

This morning my application vstatus changed to "We have received your supporting documents.We are now verifying these documents"

Very intriguing. Usually they don't put this status. Fingers crossed.anybody seen this new status?
