Hi,

Quick question.

I'm going to renew my wife's spouse visa (first time) towards the end of next month.
I am on zero hour contract. I intend to use Cat A as my income from late June 2021 to Dec 2021 exceeds minimum threshold requirement.

I get paid weekly. For Cat A, I know that we are supposed to use 6 months of payslips or 26 payslips (26 weeks = 6 months) for current employment. Due to the nature of my job, I do have a few weeks gaps. So in my case, I would have roughly say around 20 payslips by the end of next month.



Question 1:
Would I still be able to apply under Cat A with 20 payslips?

Question 2:
Do I actually NEED 26 payslips or just the 20 payslips will do?



Between late June 2021 and up until today, I have earned gross 10k with just around roughly 16 payslips.

Please let me know as I want to get this right first time. Many thanks in advance.

Spouse Visa Extension - 26 weeks payslip, which payslip should I start from in my application?

Hi,

I'm going to apply for my wife's renewal spouse visa tomorrow (17th Dec). I get paid my wages on every Friday. I'm showing six months/26 weeks payslips. In my case, I need 26 weeks of payslips. I got paid on Friday 18th June (also on Friday 25th June and every Fridays).

If I'm going to send 26 weeks of payslips, I'm wondering does week 1 start on 18th June or 25th June? In other words, do I start from the payslip dated on 18th June or 25th June? I'm stuck between the two.

I've just submitted my wife's spouse visa extension.

I realised I may need 12 proof of address to show we lived together. Will the following documents that I already have do:

Water bill (joint names)
Gas bill (joint names)
Registered to GP letter (wife's name)
Proof of National Insurance letter (wife's name).
Confirmation letter of rent from landlord (my name).
Letter from landlord confirming my wife living with me (my name mentioned on the letter as I'm the main tenant).
Letter hospital transfer summary (wife's name).
Mobile bill (my name).
Maternity exemption certificate (wife's name).
My bank statements (my name - using for showing my wages).
Letter from DWP (my name).
Miscarriage letter from hospital (wife's name).
Letter from hospital pregnancy (wife's name).
Letter from hospital of baby's hearing results (wife's name).


Are all of these sufficient?
