FLRM - Requirement

Hi Senior Members,

I wanted to ask if someone is earning three times of a earning threshold and for some reason looses their job 03 months before applying for FLRM then what happens?

- Would three months of payslips (equating £18,600+) suffice the financial requirement? - considering no other job offer / no continued job.
- Additionally, in what case would a cash saving for the other missing 03 months payslips be required to balance out the financial requirement?

- Would three months of payslips (equating £18,600+) suffice the financial requirement? - considering no other job offer / no continued job. In order to use previous payslips, you need a new job earning £18,600 and you can apply under Category B provided you meet those requirements of this category with those payslips, you should be fine.
- Additionally, in what case would a cash saving for the other missing 03 months payslips be required to balance out the financial requirement? You need a new job because you need to have a source of income at the date of the application and you can ONLY use apply under Category B if you have been less than 6 months when you apply and you cannot combine savings with condition 2 of Category B except condition 1.
