University admission

Hi,

My daughter got her letter by email for collecting her registration certificate 2 days ago, when we go to our ceremony where she has to accompany me. The earliest date is 25th January 2022.
I already asked Glasgow city council if she can have it before that date but they said no.
She is receiving emails from universities fee departments asking for details of nationality.
So my question is what nationality should she pick? British or Pakistani?
