Hi All, applied for my wife visa 7th of June, biometric on June 25th. Solicitors escalated twice, no news.
Is HO committed 90 days are actually working days ?

Finally email received from VFS for collection of wife's application and for children applications have to wait couple of days more as per communication from my MP with Home Office. There was an ongoing issue with my family passports regarding submission.

Finally email received from VFS for collection of wife's application and for children applications have to wait couple of days more as per communication from my MP with Home Office. There was an ongoing issue with my family passports regarding submission.

I submitted on 10th of June, I did an enquiry last week, they sent me email that my application has been escalated to contact me within 15 working days, but is just 7 days it was escalated it came out, however I think the decision has been made before the escalation.

That's great they finally made a decision. I am on working day 99 today and I still haven't heard anything. I'm going to send another enquiry to them

No, she did not submit her passport, vfs was not keeping passport at that time

Did they say how long?? My other half gave his passport yesterday too. I’m hoping this means the visa is granted
