TB Test - UK visit visa from India

Hi

My brother in law is going to be applying for a uk visit visa this week and going to be joining us for 15 days in Dec over Christmas.

Would he need to take a TB test? He will be applying for a 6 months tourist visa from india?

You must be tested for tuberculosis if you are coming to the UK for more than 6 months and are a resident of India.
