when will I get my passport back after I sent it to citizenship department

Hi
I sent my application of citizenship and my passport to department of Justice on 01/11/2021, they received it on 03/11/2021 ( via express tracking), since then I have not heard anything. No acknowlegement mail or email, nor telephone received since then.
Anybody knows how long it takes to get an acknowledgement and my passport back?

You’ll get a No Caller ID to confirm your address to return your passport.
No letter/email notification until such time that you get the call
