It has no effect on you if claiming in his own name and your details included solely for compliance.

I've aready explained that it can do, in your/your partner's other thread.

And there is a sticky on this.
claiming-benefits/universal-credit-clai ... 02126.html
...
If your partner’s leave is subject to a 'no recourse to public funds' restriction, you should seek specialist immigration advice before making a claim, if you and your partner are joint tenants. As your partner’s share of the rent is used to calculate the housing element of Universal Credit, this might be considered as 'recourse to public funds', which could affect their right to remain in the UK.

To avoid confusion for others, you can't be claiming Housing Benefit with Universal Credit because Housing Benefit is one of the six welfare benefits that Universal Credit replaced. You are claiming Universal Credit with the housing elelement.

As asked in this thread, did you/your husband declare your over £62,500 savings held abroad to all the benefits offices?

Asked and explained again in another of your threads.

Universal Credit is not given to those who have 16k in savings or capital. You both had to complete a form and declare your own earnings and both had to declare the capital (savings held in any country, land or housing in any country). He can't take extra money for a NRPF partner, but your capital and earnings are counted for any means tested welfare benefits he asks for. Partners are required to keep each other.

You had to declare the capital and your earnings to the Coucil Tax Benefit office too.

As you/your husband has not replied to any of the questions asking if you have told all the benefit agencies about your over £62,500 savings held abroad. In answer to this question below-

I am not getting any benefits.
As stated, you are linked to your husband's Universal Credit means tested welfare claim and were required to declare your earnings and capital abroad. He could not have the Universal Credit welfare benefit with your savings.

Benefit fraud

You commit benefit fraud by claiming benefits you’re not entitled to on purpose. For example by:

not reporting a change in your circumstances
providing false information

What happens if you’re suspected of benefit fraud

You’ll be contacted by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), the Service and Personnel and Veterans Agency or your local authority if you’re suspected of fraud.

Your benefit may be stopped while you’re investigated. You’ll get a letter telling you about this if it happens.

You may be visited by Fraud Investigation Officers (FIOs) or asked to attend an interview to talk about your claim - this is called an ‘interview under caution’.

FIOs will gather facts about your case and decide whether to take further action.

If you’re asked to attend an interview

An ‘interview under caution’ is a formal interview that is often recorded. It could become part of a criminal investigation against you.

Get advice on your case (for example from a legal adviser or solicitor).

Others will be able to tell you how a criminal conviction affects your stay in the UK.
