Worried....

Post by Ritter73 » Sun Oct 26, 2008 9:31 pm

I have a good friend who is a domestic helper she is working for over 4 years already with her British employer who are very supportive with her everytime she extend her visa every year. Her worries is this coming Nov the tier 2 and tier 5 will be introduce and she knows that she will be fall into tier 5.

On March 2009 she will extend her yearly visa again and after that she is expecting to apply for her ILR by Oct 2009 but according to some people she can't extend it anymore when tier 2 and 5 will finally implemented? Her husband is here in UK now and her UK born child.

Any advice please..thank you
