Received my BRP on 24/11/21 after chasing TNT on the following number 03456080630.
Initially received an email from TNT on 17/11/21 with consignment number and failed delivery attempt which was bull shit as we were home that day.
They open open 8AM - 7AM(weekdays hours) but ready to wait for long to speak to someone, I was waiting more than an hour to speak to their representative. They said they are busy and had to open a case for me to get the card delivered next day.
