adding dependent when ILR application in progress

Hi, My ILR application is in progress. Can I add my son as my dependent while my application is in progress?

Your son won't qualify for ilr until your wife does. You know this already as you have posted about it today in another topic and fully aware of the rules.

Thanks CR001. My query is not for his ILR. I am asking if he can be ILR- dependent visa now and get ILR with my wife when she is eligible.
