ILR dependent

Post by iaggarwal13 » Thu Dec 02, 2021 1:47 pm

Hi, I am due to apply for ILR in December and my wife is on her own tier 2 general for the last 2 and a half years. We want her to be my ILR dependent as that would give her freedom to find jobs.

My question is - Can I add her as a dependent on my ILR application or will I first need to get my ILR and then apply for her dependent visa via the family routes?

Thanks in advance for your help :)

But note that her qualifying period for ILR may be reset after switching to FLR(M).
