Evidence of living together

Hi,

I have just applied for my wife spouse visa within UK as she is already here with me we both got married in Pakistan in December 2020 she had Tier2 visa (doctor) and I am British national now i have submitted her form online and need to upload documents just wanted to confirm if below list is correct

My 6 months payslips
My 6 months bankstatements to proof my income (I am earning more than min required salary)
My Letter from Employer
Our Nikhanama (both original in Urdu and English translated) I dont have Nadra marriage certificate do I need one?
My wife bank statement for proof of address
My wife mobile phone bill for proof of address
My British passport
My wife BRP and her Pakistani Passport

Can you please confirm if above is correct?

Also what documents I need to submit for residence I have mortgage for 3 bedroom house?

Do I need to submit her NICOP?

For her I got 5 documents as below with address on it

Tv license
Letter from GP/hospital
Bank statements
Telephone bill
Gas bill

Now I am short of one document what I can submit ? she doesnt have council tax nor mortgage on her name, water bill is on my name and its not easy to change it

All the evidence you have above should suffice.

As per HO if we dont have anything on joint we need to provide 6 documents each so in total 12 documents below is the checklist from HO I have 6 documents however i only have 5 documents for my mrs, can I repeat repeat any of the below document eg I can provide GP letter and hospital letter this will make 6 document for her

If you and your partner have no bills or correspondence in joint names, you will need to submit 12 items (6 each) of correspondence evidencing that you reside together at the same address.
Examples of acceptable evidence include:

Letters or other documents from government departments or agencies, for example HM Revenue
and Customs, Department for Work and Pensions, DVLA, TV Licensing

Letters or other documents from your GP, a hospital or other local health service about medical
treatments, appointments, home visits or other medical matters

Bank statements or letters

Building society savings books or letters

Council tax bills or statements

Electricity or gas bills or statements

Water rates bills or statements

Mortgage statements or agreement

Tenancy agreement(s)

Telephone bills or statements

I stated ANY. HO can give you examples but that does not mean it's exhaustive. When it comes down to it as in your case now to compete the numbers required, you can use ANY document or item of correspondence that shows the name.

Just wanted to give everyone an update so I uploaded documents last Monday successfully and on Thursday she had her Biometrics done in Croydon and on Saturday we got an email of visa approval and she has been granted 2.5 years spouse via.
