Sponsor Changing job whilst waiting for spouse visa decision

Hi all. I need some advice. Anyone been in this situation?

Can spouse visa be declined if sponsor changes job whilst waiting for visa decision?

My husband is awaiting his spouse visa decision and I am the sponsor. We have a 2 year old son. I have recently been signed off work due to a breakdown and now my manager is suggesting I return back to work on a part time basis. I am considering resigning and finding a new job but not sure where this leaves us in regards to the visa.

Can it be declined because I have changed over jobs, even though at the time of the application I met all financial requirements and provided all proof etc.

Either way if I stay in this job I will now be below the financial requirement so my only option is to resign!

The rules under category A or B requires you to be employed on the date of the application. The date of the application is the date you submitted the online application.
