Hi,

I live in a shared house but I have my private room. Can I get a No Objection letter from my landlord? or do I need to get a separate flat?

Anyone, please?

Thanks

Thanks, CR001.

Could you please tell me the reason for not submitting the SU07 form?

Would really appreciate that. Thanks

SU07 is for adult dependent relatives not a spouse visa.

It is an undertaking by you that you will pay for their care and claim no benefits for 5 years.

It is NOT required for a spouse visa.

I will be changing my address as I am moving from a shared house to an apartment. I will have to update my bank for the change of address. I am planning to apply for my Wife's spouse visa next week. I will have my tenancy agreement today and all the required documents.

Can I submit the bank statements with the old address on them or should I wait for the address to update?

Thank you.

Yes you can. Just write a cover letter to state that you have recently moved home. Include a tenancy agreement and letter from landlord.

Thank you. Yes, I have opt-out from the postal statements and only getting online. I believe they would be exactly the ones received in the post.

I will be getting my property inspected this Saturday and will get the report as well.

Can I apply for the spouse visa before the property inspection report? I know I need to upload that as well.

Thanks

You can start filling the application however dates on the documents you are using to support the application to show meeting the requirements should ideally not be after you have submitted the application.

Hi,

I had to amend the NADRA marriage registration certificate for my wife's marital status. I am waiting for the new certificate to arrive. Can I apply for the visa now and when I'll get the certificate I will upload it to the documents portal or should I wait for the certificate?

Thanks

Applying means paying and submission of the application. If the amendment you talked about is of significant impact then hold on till you have it sorted before Applying.

Hi,

My last bank statement and payslip were issued on 26-Nov. So, if I apply for my wife's spouse visa before the 24th of December, I believe I would still be in that 28 days period?

Also, I have just moved into the new property, all I have the new tenancy agreement and NOC from my landlord for my wife. I believe this should be fine even though I don't submit the council tax and bills?

Any idea, please?

Thanks

Hi,

Could anyone please confirm that only the financial documents should be within the 28 days threshold?

Bank statements, payslip & employment letter.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks
