FAS requirement

Hi Guys

As a citizen from a non eu member state, I would need to go the work permit route in order to find a job in Ir. I also know that the position needs to have been advertised in FAS. My question is how long the ad must have been advertised in the EU for the FAS requirement to have been satisfied & a non eu person can apply for it.
