Is there any time capping on leaving current employer

Hi there,

I have recently taken up a sponsored job under Skilled Worker Visa. After joining the organisation I realised that the job profile is not as per my expectation and I am willing to switch. I have found a new sponsor who is willing to sponsor a Skiller Worker Visa.

Question:
1. Is there any minimum tenure that I need to serve at a newly joined employer?
2. Is there any implication if I am leaving a job in less than 2 months (including a notice period) on my Visa decisions.
