In case, if the application for the extension would be refused.
Do the HO often give a right to appeal the decision?
And, how long do they give to file the appeal at the immigration tribunal?
I want to know how long they will give me to prepare a court bundle before lodging the appeal.

Hi Everyone.

I was working for the NHS trust as permanent staff but recently I have been working on zero hours contract to different trust; A&E department and also on other wards whilst I’m looking for a full time nhs position closer to my residence.

My visa was expired 6 months ago but application for the visa extension I did over 2 months ago(I haven’t overstayed). But I’m still waiting for the decision.

Since I haven’t got any visa yet and Infection is spreading. I’m worrying everyday if would catch anything as a result I would be off sick from work and I would not be able to get any financial support.


Please I would appreciate any advise?
