Spouse ILR Set (M) Queries

Post by shafiq123 » Fri Dec 17, 2021 11:50 am

Hi guys,

Hoping you can clarify the following point;

1) my bank statements run from 19th to 19th of the month but the payslips after a job change i want to include means i need to submit 7 months bank statements or 6 months statements and 10 days of online transactions (to show pay received) that i can download as PDF. Any idea what approach is better? Are transactions accepted?

2) I lived with family in 2020 and moved out January 2021 and have the rental agreement for this. Do i need to provide documents in relation to the deeds and letter with permission etc that i provided previously or can i just submit the 2021 agreement? Only my name is on the agreement not my partner does that make a difference? they have their own proofs showing cohabitation including a joint bank account.

3) how important is council tax? i wasnt added until October so i would rather not include that.

Many thanks in advance for advice.

1. All digital evidence is accepted
2. Rental agreement is enough
3. Not important. You need cohabitation from any sources

Thank you Zimba.

How many times can you use the same correspondence in the last two years?

Hi Guys,

1) Do i need to scan the whole passport of the applicant?
2) Whole of the expired passports?
3) Do i also need whole or just the ID page of the sponsor (British citizen)?

I have read some contradicting views on this.

Many thank

Biodata and pages containing travel history e.g. stamps, visas.
Biodata page of the sponsor sufficient.
