British Citizenship application (Naturalization)

Post by tier2g » Thu Dec 16, 2021 9:50 pm

Hi Team,

I have submitted my application for citizenship (Naturalization) in Sep 2021 but still not received the decision and in the application, I have mentioned my current address and postal address as my friend's address as my tenancy was expiring in December.

Now I have decided to move to a different location in the next 2 weeks so, do I need to update my address to the home office while my application is in progress? if yes, then how should I update? (please let me know the process)

Also, can we check the status of the application online or do we have to contact the home office?

Thanks

Thanks for your reply. Do you know which option to select to update the address?

Can we check the status of my application whether it's in progress or completed?

My citizenship application is still in progress applied in September.

ILR+ 1year now completed for my wife, just want to check can I apply for my wife now or do I need to wait for my decision? if yes, below the AN form is correct to apply for my wife's application?

If she has held ilr for 12 months, then yes she can apply. Her application is independent of you and separate to your application.

Thers is only one form, Form AN, to apply!
