Which form to use for ILR application

Dear members,
First of all, really appreciate the support you are providing. It has helped me many times. Keep up the great work!
My question is fairly basic and it is as follows:
I already have ILR via the Tier 2 PBS route. My family (wife and two kids under 18) are now eligible for ILR via the PBS dependent route. Which form should I fill to apply for their ILR? My understanding says Set(O). Am I right?
