I got an update from home office today.
I would like to ask admin as well,if he could explain about this letter.
Here is the letter
You applied for EEA residence card on 29 July 2020.this was refused on 19 October 2020.you lodged an appeal on 30 October 2020 which was allowed by an immigration judge on 13 September 2021 and the appeal was concluded on 15 September 2021.
On 12 November 2021 we wrote to you to advise tthat, although we could no longer issue you with a document due to the EEA residence card route closing on 30 June 2021.we had updated your records to retroactively recognise your status under the eea regulations.
You also applied to the euss on 12 April 2021.this was refused on 13 July 2021 on the basis that you didn't hold a relative document under the eea regulations at the time (such as EEA residence card).however,as we now retroactively recognise your status under the eea regulations,we have agreed to exceptionally reconsider your EUSS application.
Please be aware that I'm unable to provide a definite time scale for this reconsideration, though we will aim to complete it as soon as possible, furthermore I'm unable to prejudge the outcome of this reconsideration.however, please reassure that once it has been concluded,we will contact you accordingly.
