Spouse visa applied in june 2021

I have finished the 120 days yesterday on 10th December 2021. I thought let me give them a ring. So I did. The staff were very rude. But he then checked the status of the application and said the application is decided. I asked when it was he said he can’t tell me. He said I have to wait until the VFS contact my partner.
So I thought let me send a paid email, to UKVI just to make sure. I got the same reply back from the paid email service aswell.
They said they can’t tell me what the decision is and when it was made. I have to wait till I get the passport. No email from the ECO (UKVI) saying the case is decided.
Now just waiting for VFS to contact my partner.

I have not got a response yet the biometric was on 23rd June without passport and on 26th October passport was submitted and not heard anything when did you escalate also what number did you ring please?

This is the number I called, +44 (0)300 790 6268 from the U.K. best time is around 0845 hrs. But I would send an email afterwards just to get in writing. They sometimes don’t send us proof of the phone call, by email. So by sending an email, they are obliged to reply in 5 working +44 (0)300 790 6268 days.

Thankyou I have gave them a call a hour ago and asked for the stage they are at, they have advised me they at the end stage of the case process and said I should give it by next Friday then escalate it

I emailed them asking for an update and they replied telling me a decision has been made. You should get the same response soon as you gave the passport a few weeks before me! I will keep you updated, I hope it’s quick now and In shaa Allah you will get your response soon too!

I have emailed them on Friday they have emailed back today saying they are getting it escalated. Have u had any further updates
