IHS refund for T2 Dependent to Skilled worker main

Hi All,

I have moved my visa from t2 dependent to skilled worker main applicant few months back (more than 6 months)
1. Do i get refund of the IHS surcharge for the olde dependent visa which had 2 years left on it ?

Any help is appreciated ..
