Need information about *180 days absence rule* for ILR

Hi,
I need some clarification about ILR 180 absence rule.

1:-Is 180 day absence rule applicable to the PBS dependents after new rule?
2- How much time a main applicant and PBS dependents can be absent from UK comfortably (1 month, 2month ...) without any question raised in ILR application? Or In any case person needs to give clarification of his absence even if it is a month or so.
3:- A person can take 2 months off ( 1 month leave and 1 month work from native country). Is this scenario ok without raising any alarm.

Please guide me it will b great help.

1. Yes for Dep visa granted on or after 11 January 2018
2&3. Less than 180 days and the absence is authorised by the employer. You need a employer letter confirming this for the main applicant.
