ILR -SET(M) for wife

Post by alivis2015 » Sun Jan 09, 2022 3:53 am

Question for cr001 please.

Applying for my wives ilr shortly.
Tax return 20/21 is required only right but bank statements to date should suffice the ongoing self employment?

My sa302 has my self employment figures and employment figures written on it.
I meet the financial requirement thru self employment alone, since the employment is also mentioned on sa302 do I provide evidence for that? Self empl 20k with employment 23k.

You must submit the latest SA and proof of ongoing self-employment.
Evidence of ongoing self-employment through the provision of at least one of the
following: a bank statement dated no more than 3 months earlier than the date of
application showing transactions relating to ongoing trading, or evidence dated no
more than 3 months earlier than the date of application of the renewal of a licence to
trade or of ongoing payment of business rates, business-related insurance
premiums, employer National Insurance contributions or franchise payments to the
parent company.
