FLM stuck in a big problem

Post by Exquisit33 » Tue Jan 11, 2022 8:53 am

Hi All, applicant is due to apply for FLR in march as BRP expires in March 2022. We have an issue where Sponsor was working and from October to December 2021 employer paid his salary cash in hand although payslips were generated and all tax, NI were paid. Now January onwards the salary will be paid into sponsors account. So the first 3 months were paid via cash and the next 3 via bank. The sponsor made a mistake not to deposit the cash. Applicant and sponsor have a child together.

Please advise is there a way around this?

There's no way round it if the cash was not deposited into the account.

Explore the other methods of meeting the financial requirement - Cat B? Savings? Partner's income from employment?
