Tier 1 General visa for newborn baby in U.K

I applied for Tier 1 general visa on 16-09-08 with my wife,We received our passports yesterday with 3 year visa.
My wife was pregnant when we filed our Tier 1 General application and she given birth on 25-09-08.
We are travelling to back home for holidays next month.
Now we need to apply Tier 1 General visa for my baby,can any one guide me please what sort of documents i need and how to apply for visa new born baby.
