Never received BRP card

Hello all, I recently had my naturalisation ceremony as a British Citizen and as expected I was presented with my naturalisation certificate.
Since my application got approved I never received any BRP card, is it normal?

I applied at the time as EU citizen, have they changed process probably, thanks

what BRP card? I don't think you will receive a BRP card after naturalisation!

in fact, you have to send your old BRP card back within 5 days once you are naturalised!!!

what BRP card? I don't think you will receive a BRP card after naturalisation!

in fact, you have to send your old BRP card back within 5 days once you are naturalised!!!

I thought I needed to get a brp card befote my naturalisation, after my application got approved but that's fine
