Skilled worker visa Interview - Standard service

Hello All,

I have received an email for interview for my skilled worker visa application outside UK.
The interview will be in last week of November.

I would like to know

1. How many days it take to receive the passport back with the decision after interview as I need to emergency travel to Oman in December mid?

2. Can we request the passport back from UKVI for emergency travel before interview without canceling our application?
